According to statistic of Korea Customs, S.Korea imported 12,700 tons of silicon metal in November 2014, down by 22% M-O-M and down by 15.3% Y-O-Y.

In October, Brazil exported 10468.75 tons of silicon metal (Si<99.99%), falling down by 31.9% M-O-M and down by 31.7% Y-O-Y. In Jan-Oct, 2014, Brazil totally exported 112972.75 tons of silicon metal, down by 4.9% Y-O-Y.

According to the statistics of US International Trade Commission, America imported 16940 mt of silicon metal in October 2014, down by 1.17% M-O-M.

According to statistic of Japan Customs, Japan imported 21770 tons of silicon metal in October, up by 18.4% Y-O-Y. The materials were mainly imported from China with import volume at 21533 tons.

Output of Chinese Magnesium Rose by 9.34% in January to October 2014 in China

According to statistic National Bureau of Statistic of China, China export 76933.885 tons of silicon metal in October, up by 158.17% Y-O-Y, and materials were mainly shipped to S.Korea and Japan with quantities respectively at 17056.02 tons and 19957 tons.
