Nickel Ore Market Lifted by Shortage Expectation (Nov 2nd-Nov 6th)

[Fellow][Ferro-Alloys.com] In domestic market, low-grade nickel ore 0.9-1.1 remained at 150-170yuan/wt; mid-grade nickel ore 1.5 stayed at 240-260yuan/wt; high-grade nickel ore still quoted at 430-450yuan/wt.

[Ferro-Alloys.com] In domestic market, low-grade nickel ore 0.9-1.1 remained at 150-170yuan/wt; mid-grade nickel ore 1.5 stayed at 240-260yuan/wt; high-grade nickel ore still quoted at 430-450yuan/wt.

Most factories prefer to adopt 1.5 nickel ore to take the place of 1.8 nickel ore aimed to cut expenditures on raw materials and keep the machines on a work condition. As the low-grade ferronickel price go down and close to the cost line, the low-grade ore market would undertake more pressure.

In outer disc, nickel ore 0.9-1.1 remained at 16-18 dollars/wt; nickel ore 1.5 stayed at 30-32 dollars/wt; nickel ore 1.8 still quoted at 50-51 dollars/wt.
