[Ferro-Alloys.com] Brazilian miner Vale is seeking alternatives to waste disposal at its Brucutu iron ore mine to produce at 80% capacity this year, up from 40% currently, the company said on Wednesday April 1.

The mine is located in Brazil’s southeastern Minas Gerais state, with capacity to produce 30 million tonnes per year of iron ore. (metalbulletin)
