- Keynote Address: Delivered by Hon. Dr. Polite Kambamura, Minister of Mines and Mining Development of the Republic of Zimbabwe ????

- Zimbabwe Leaders Talk: Featuring prominent industry and governmental leaders who will explore the country’s Vision 2030 programme and its implications for the local and global chromium industry.

- South Africa Talks: A discussion with South African and global chromium CEOs to explore practical solutions, market perspectives, and opportunities for strengthening the local industry.

- Analysing Drivers of Change: Experts will discuss how AI, digitization, regulation, geopolitics, and resource nationalism are increasingly shaping the environment in which we operate.

- Chrome on the Move in Southern Africa: A session convening leaders from Transnet, Maputo Port, and Zimbabwe Rail to discuss improvements in regional logistics contributing to export growth.

- Global and Regional Outlooks: Top analysts will present the latest supply-demand balance for chrome ore, ferrochrome, and stainless steel.
