DLA Sells Ferrochrome for $1.74m

David J Joseph Co (DJJ), Medima and Veritas Alloys & Metals have purchased a combined 420 short tons of low carbon ferro-chrome and 605 short tons of high carbon ferro-chrome for $1.74 million in July.

Fort Belvoir, Virginia-based DLA Strategic Materials had offered up to 840,000 lbs of 0.13-percent-carbon ferro-chrome and 840,000 lbs of 0.15-percent material.
