[Ferro-Alloys.com] South Korea’s Posco said it has completed construction of a second steel plant in Mexico.
The plant will produce galvanized steel sheets used in auto frames and will have an annual production of 500,000 tons of the sheets.
The new plant will add its total production to 900,000 tons per year in the Latin American country. Posco has operated its first plant in Mexico since 2009.
