China State Shipbuilding Corp has delivered the first of a new type of bulk carrier to a buyer in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, the world's largest shipbuilder said.

Among them, the quantity exported to China was 871600 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 66.34%.

Key steel, cement, and flat glass companies have been asked by the province to build themselves into green factories in five years.

Currently, the South Korean steel major operates a 1.8-million-ton cold-rolled and galvanized mill in India along with four processing centers.
